Project briefs
The brief form prepares a text file on your device or opens an email draft if contact email is enabled. Typing into this form does not transmit the fields to our server. A downloaded brief stays on your device until you choose to share it. An email draft is sent only when you send it through your email application.
Hosting and technical information
The hosting provider may process IP addresses, request times, and technical logs to deliver and secure the site. This package does not install advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or customer-account software. If analytics or a form service is added, this notice must be updated to describe the actual setup.
Payments and external services
When enabled, payment buttons take you to Stripe-hosted checkout. Stripe processes payment and billing information under its own privacy notice. We do not collect card details on this website. An optional booking link or customer portal takes you to an external service with its own privacy practices.
Information you send us
We use project correspondence to respond to inquiries, scope and deliver work, and maintain necessary business records. Please share only information you are authorized to provide. Customer media and review submissions require a separate collection notice and permissions appropriate to the collection service used.
Access, corrections, and retention
You can request access, correction, or deletion of information you have sent us through your project contact route. We retain project information only as needed to provide the service and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Your service schedule identifies any additional data handling and retention arrangements.
Customer evidence
We do not treat submission as unlimited permission to publish. Intended uses, attribution, media rights, and any withdrawal or correction process are agreed before publication.
